Ethiopia Night at Nocturno (Bezalel St.)
Watch the film Summer of 89 about the experience of an Ethiopian family immigrating to Israel. Screening is in the presence of the director, Esti Almo-Wexler, who will speak afterwards. The screening and talk are followed by live music by Gili Yalo, a popular Israeli musician who combines his Ethiopian roots with soul, funk, groove and reggae. The night closes with African dance music. Throughout the night enjoy Ethiopian specials from the kitchen and the bar.
